Our chapter utilizes the tools and opportunities provided by the A/O Division and the International Headquarters to keep our members up to date with the latest information available for chapter, personal, and career advancement.

Bartlesville Chapter is working toward educating our members along with the community by providing monthly 45-minute educational programs on the first Tuesday of each month (excluding July) and handling business at regular monthly meetings held on the last Tuesday of each month. Currently our membership includes personnel from ConocoPhillips, The Voice of the Martyrs, Dewey City Offices, and a retired member.

President Jodi McMillin's platform for the 2007-2008 year remains "Be A Member - Get A Member." We are providing great programs with valuable information to promote continuing education for our members and visitors. Visitors are encouraged to become members to reap the benefits that are available through membership in this educational association.

Along with providing "Jodi's Gems" in the newsletter, President McMillin will be sharing the Gems in the form of playing cards with soft skills, motivational tips or technical tips. Each member has the opportunity to receive at least 19 cards. The president's incentive for this year will be a gift with at least a $100 value to the member who attends the greatest number of events (includes business meetings, educational meetings, seminars). If a member travels to away IAAP events that member will receive double cards. Triple cards will be given to any member who recruits a new member to our Chapter. President McMillin will provide a way to determine the winner in case of a tie.

A second place prize of at least $50 will be given to the member who has the best poker hand from her best five cards of the set they earn.
